A Glaston Tamglass FC500 was inaugurated at Glaston's Rakla factory in Tampere, Finland, on Feb. 4, according to a release. The addition of the FC500 tempering furnace enables the Rakla facility to offer anti-dew solutions for energy-efficient windows.
”[Now,] we have even better possibilities to offer our customers quality solutions to enhance the energy efficiency of buildings," said Heikki Silfver, managing director, Rakla Tampere Oy, in the release. "The new quality control system guarantees ... high quality products, especially for coated, energy-efficient glass.”
