Gil DiMaio, president and CEO of CBO Glass, Alden, N.Y., has been selected to serve as a Small Entity Representative on EPA's Small Business Advocacy Review Panelon the Lead, Renovation, Repair, and Painting Program for the Exteriors of Public and Commercial Buildings, according to a Jan. 18 release. DiMaio is a member of McLean, Va.-based National Glass Association's Architectural Glazing Committee.
The SBAR Panel is composed of federal employees from the EPA, Small Business Administration, and Office of Management and Budget.As an SER, DiMaio will provide recommendations to the panel during two meetings and will submit written comments.
"We are pleased that the NGA, through Gil's representation on this panel, will have its members' views and concerns represented on this important regulatory issue," said Phil James, NGA president, in the release.
