Haikou to build world's largest PV manufacturing base

Three Chinese photovoltaic firms will invest more than RMB 30 billion to build the world's largest photovoltaic manufacturing base in Haikou over the next five years, according to Bureau of Science Technology and Information Industry of Hainan Province.Haikou, the capital of Hainan Province, is a sunshine city located in South China, according to a Jan. 6 China Knowledge report.
