YKK AP Americaexpands its presence into the Rocky Mountain region today with the addition of sales representative, Dan Shultz, according to a Nov. 30 release. With a focus on the Colorado market, Shultz will now enable YKK AP to provide architects, engineers and glazing contractors within the region with local access to the company’s entire line of commercial building products.
Shultz brings nearly 20 years of experience in various sales and marketing positions as well as a successful record of developing and maintaining accounts with architectural aluminum products. In addition, he brings a deep knowledge of the industry and its sales cycle to YKK AP, as well as extensive experience within the Rocky Mountain region.
“We’re excited to bring Dan Shultz on board to expand our business into Colorado, and the surrounding areas,” said Oliver Stepe, senior vice president, YKK AP America, in the release. “We are confident that his wealth of experience and industry knowledge will be an asset to the company and to our potential customers within the region. We look forward to a longstanding and mutually-beneficial relationship with Dan – and are excited to take our products into a new market.”

This announcement comes on the heels of the company’s expansion of its enerGfacadeproduct line at Greenbuild 2010, as well as the launch of its iPad app, the Architectural Product Master.
