Crawford Tracey Corp., Deerfield Beach, Fla.,a leading glazing contractor specializing in unitized and pre-glazed curtain wall, got the glazing package contract for the Emergency Department Expansion project at St. Anthony’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, Fla., according to a Nov. 15 release.
Crawford Tracey will supply and install its Pro-Tech 7 SG and 45 SG systems with approximately 21,000 square feet of insulating laminated glass with a water-resistance rating of 100psf.The Pro-Tech system provides the structure with tremendous impact resistance, energy performance and water resistance.Brasfield & Gorrie, with corporate headquarters in Birmingham, Ala., is the general contractor and the expansion was designed by Flad Architects, Tampa, Fla. Construction will begin in early 2011, with glazing installation in April 2011.
