Xinyi Glass: Signed MOU with Pittsburgh Glass Works on China JV

Xinyi Glass Holdings Ltd. [China]said Tuesday [Aug. 3]it signed a memorandum of understanding with Pittsburgh Glass Works LLC to set up of a joint venture in China.

The joint venture would produce automobile glass products, manage sales and service automobile glass parts for original equipment manufacturer customers in China and overseas, Xinyi Glass said in a statement, according to an Aug. 3 report in The Wall Street Journal.
