Viracon names Bob Ford field sales representative

Viracon, Owatonna, Minn., appointed Robert (Bob) Ford as a field sales representative, according to an April 7 release. In his new role, he will work closely with architects & Viracon customers in Northern Florida, including Tampa and Orlando; Alabama; Chattanooga, Tenn.; and Valdosta, Ga. “Bob has been active in the glass industry for many years,” said Garret Henson, director of sales, Viracon, in the release. “His experience will be an asset not only to our customers and architects, but to our team as well. There is no doubt that we will leverage his knowledge from his past responsibilities.”Ford brings a wealth of architectural products and glazing familiarity to his new position, having worked for companies including BASF, Solutia and Interpane Glass. He earned his degree from University of Florida.
