A 40-year-old Windsor [Canada]-based glass company is almost doubling the size of its local manufacturing space by adding to its existing plant on Sprucewood Drive on the city's far west side.
Chlumecky Holdings Inc., on behalf of Contract Glaziers Inc. and Windsor Glass Co., has applied for site plan approval to add almost 14,000 square feet to its 18,000-square-foot building, along with 56 additional parking spaces.
Since being established in 1970, CGI has gained wide experience in new construction, building renovations and remedial projects across Ontario and the U.S. Midwest.
