The Thermal Stress Committee of the Insulating Glass Manufacturers Alliance, Ottawa, Ontario, is soliciting information about thermal stress breaks in the field. The committee created a thermal stress field service inspection form that industry representatives can submit, providing information about thermal breaks in the field. All submissions remain anonymous and will be used to create a library of information for IGMA’s thermal stress activities. “If you have known issues where thermal stress breaks occur, let us know. Provide as much or as little information as you have,” said Jeff Haberer, committee chairperson, during the group’s March 24 meeting at the IGMA Annual Conference, Paris Las Vegas. For copy ofthe form, contact IGMA.
