William D. (Bill) John, president of InterClad, Plymouth, Minn., announced he will "semiretire" from the company effective March 31. Tim Woolworth will succeed John as vice president, business unit manager. Woolworth has been in charge of operations as vice president since November 2005, and a shareholder ofparentcompanyEgan Co., BrooklynPark, Minn.,since 2007.
John will remain at InterClad and Egan for the foreseeable future in a business development role.
"You can all rest assured that the company is in good hands and has a strong future," John said, in a March 17 letter.
