Technical Glass Products,Snoqualmie, Wash.,has moved into a new state-of-the-art fabrication facility in Toronto, according to a March3 release. The facility is designed to provide Canadian customers with even faster and easier access to quality fire-rated glass and framing and other specialty architectural glazing solutions.
TGP will fabricate and label at the new locale the FireLite family of fire-rated glazing products – an innovative ceramic glazing that blocks fire and smoke and can meet impact safety requirements; Neoceram heat resistant glass for high efficiency heating appliances; and X-Ray shielding glass.
In addition, TGP offers a full-range of fire-rated glazing and specialized architectural products in Canada, including Pilkington Pyrostop glass, which is both fire- and impact-resistant and blocks heat transfer; Fireframes fire-rated framing; the Pilkington Profilit translucent linear channel glass system; SteelBuilt Curtainwall Systems, which allow for larger areas of glass, smaller frame profiles and wider free-spans than is possible with traditional aluminum curtain wall assemblies; and Neopariés and Neopariés LT crystallized glass ceramic architectural panels, according to the release.
