D. Michael Hartley, owner of Standard Bent Glass, Butler, Pa., and Global Security Glazing, Selma, Ala., is in negotiations to buy Coastal Glass Distributors, Charleston, S.C., reported Jeff Nichols, vice president of sales and marketing for Standard Bent Glass, Sept. 30. “We expect the deal to be completed Oct. 16,” he said.
