CRL to provide demonstrations at GBA

C.R. Laurence Co., Los Angeles, will provide live and informative demonstrations at booth #1713 at GlassBuild America: The Glass, Window & Door Expo, Sept. 30-Oct.2, Atlanta, according to a Sept.24 release. These include: UV glass bonding basics, new innovations in diamond fabrication tools and glass handling, and software training for shower door, storefront, and hand rail design and estimating.

The glass bonding demonstrations will show attendees how CRL’s advanced UV adhesives can bond glass to a wide variety of substrates, including laminated glass. The company’s unique fixation devices, seven different formulations of UV/visible light cure adhesives, and a wide selection of UV curing lamps will be on display and explained at the demonstration.

The latest innovations in diamond fabrication tools will include demonstrations of CRL’s Diamond Notch and Saw Machine, DNS1; and the 18-Volt Cordless Diamond Glass Saw, LD172. Glass handling demonstrations will include the All Terrain Glass Dolly, ATD1, and CRL’s new line of Pump-Up Vacuum Lifters, designed to carry large sheets of glass, marble, or stone.

CRL’s exclusive, Web-based programs, Storefronts Online, HandRails Online and Showers Online will be demonstrated on a large flat screen display. These programs provide glass professionals with a simple and efficient method for creating designs and calculating final glass sizes for specific projects.
