The owners of Bennett Glass Inc. purchased the 7,020-square-foot industrial building at 1134-1146 Industrial Ave. in Escondido, Calif., for a little more than $1 million, or $145 per square foot. The former Vestco Food Equipment property was built in 1973. The buyer plans to occupy the building.
