GANA submits comments on mandatory greenhouse gas emissions reporting to EPA

The Glass Association of North America, Topeka, Kan., announced it had submitted comments to the United States Environmental Protection Agency in response to the Federal Register notice, dated April 10, 2009, 74 Fed. Reg. 16448, soliciting public comments on the proposed regulations of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to require annual reporting of greenhouse gas emissions. The 15-page document outlines numerous concerns that GANA has with mandatory reporting proposals, according to a June 15 release.
