Bendheim now offers a contract waterjet cutting serviceto manufacturers and fabricators of glass, metal, stone, ceramics and composite materials.

Recently installed, the large capacity waterjet speeds production and improves quality on specialty-cutting orders, including intricate template patterns, cut-outs, holes and notches, and satin-smooth edges that don't require finishing. The dynamic cutting head coupled with advanced software sets the optimal cutting speed and corresponding amount of tilt to improve part tolerances and eliminate taper. Materials up to 72 inches by 144 inches and ranging from 1/16 inchesto more than 8 inches in thickness are precisely cut into complex shapes and curves at a straight 90-degree angle.
