Diversified Glass Services names new president and CEO

Diversified Glass Services, Rochester Hills, Mich., parent company of Henderson Glass, Rochester Hills, named Reginald Hanosh II as its new president and CEO, according to a Feb. 23 company release. He also will continue as the organization’s chairman of the board.

Hanosh replaces Jim Churilla, who was serving as the interim CEO since November 2008. Churilla will remain with the company in a financial consulting role.

Hanosh worked for Diversified for 40 years, and has rejoined the company after a two-year retirement. Prior to retirement, hewas the operational vice president.

Hanosh and the management team will focus on Henderson Glass' retail operations including evaluation of appropriate market service areas and product line expansion through all 24 Henderson Glass retail outlets.

The company will continue to offer its automotive glass servicesand will evaluate additional auto glass opportunities associated with fleet sales.
