Officials are on the scene of another incident of glass falling from the Bank of America Tower in Times Square, according to a Sept. 17 NY1.com report.
It happened about3 p.m.at West 42nd and Sixth Avenue.
The Buildings Department says a debris container fell, hit a glass facade, causing several pieces to fall from the 50th floor.
Sixth avenue between 42nd and 44th streets were closed as emergency crews removed glass shards.
No one was injured, but eyewitnesses were shaken up.
This past month, two people were injured after a glass panel fell more than 50 stories from the same building.
