Hours after Hurricane Ike's eye passed over Houston, debris continues to fall from the Chase Tower, the tallest building in Texas, according to a Sept. 13 chron.com report.
Witnesses described seeing glass flying horizontally down the streets of Houston as the windows starting blowing out in the building at around 3 a.m.
