Oldcastle Glass sells translucent business

Oldcastle Glass has reached an agreement to sell its translucent wall and skylight business to Major Industries, a market leader in the translucent daylighting industry.Under the terms of the sale, Major Industries will assume the translucent wall and skylight backlog, and provide warranty support for existing installations. The sale is expected to close by the end of July, according to a July 9 PRNewswire article.
