Judge approves sale of Trainor assets to Harmon

Judge Carol A. Doyle, who is presiding over Trainor's Chapter 11 bankruptcy case, approved the sale of substantially all of Trainor's assetsin Florida, North Carolina, Virginia and Texas to Harmon Inc., according to court documents filed May 29. The assets include machinery, equipment, tools and supplies located and used in connection with its former operations in Farmers Branch, Texas; Chester, Va.; Riviera Beach, Fla.; and Pineville, N.C.
