Price of float glass in major cities falls down in October

According to the updated statistics, price of float glass in China’s major cities falls town. In early October, the average price of 5mm float glass is 29.15 yuan/m², down 1.22 yuan/m² over the last month or dropped by 4.01%, and down 0.09 yuan/m² year-on-year or 0.3%.

Among those cities, price of 5mm float glass rises in Chengdu, Sichuan, from 27 yuan/m² to 29 yuan/m², up 7.4%, higher than the average. Besides, prices in 10% of cities have increased by 0.2-6 yuan/m², while prices in 17.5% of cities dropped, among which price of 5mm float glass in Ningbo, Zhejiang drops by the most, from 24.8 yuan/m² in last month to 22 yuan/m² in October, down 11.29%.
