Glass Frosting Powder with Low-reflection Effect

Yk-Ⅴ LCD glass frosting powder, also named as anti-glare glass frosting powder.  It is mainly used in the anti-glare frosted glass production. The frosted glass surface is thin, the grains are tiny and even. 

The light transmittance can reach above 85%, the gloss is between 60%-120%, the haze is between 30%-80%, the frosted effects can be adjustable on the customers’ requirements. 

The LCD glass can eliminate the reflective effects caused in the light, which makes the screen much clearer without dazzling visual effects. 

The anti-glare glass products are always used as the LCD screen, the screed on phones, panels, framework glass, museum showcase, glass crafts, etc.

Production process: Mix  a proportion of glass frosting powder and hydrochloric acid together, churn up the mixture fully, 

then submerge the await etching glassware into it for 1--3 minutes, take it out, clean and dry it.

 The etching effect: The surface of the etched product feels smooth and delicate, 

the grain distributes on it is teeny and nice. The etched surface is thin with high light transmittance, 

which has no reflective effect under the light.
