Huakai PVB interlayer is a macromolecule material molded by polyvinyl butyral resin that is plasticized and extruded by plasticity. Our PVB film with excellent light transparency, heat and cold resistance, elasticity, is well-sticking to inorganic glass and the making of laminated safety glass. Usual thickness specification is between 0.2~2mm.

Huakai PVB interlayer is mainly used in making laminated safety glass. 1) 0.38 mm PVB applies to (3 + 3), (5 + 5), (6 +) ordinary float glass.

(2) 0.76 mm PVB is suitable for the 6 + 6) under double tempered glass and ordinary float glass (8 + 8).

3) 1.14 mm PVB is suitable for the double tempered glass (8 + 8) and (10 + 10) ordinary float glass.

4) 1.52 mm PVB applies to (10 + 10) double tempered glass and ordinary float glass (12 + 12).

5) 1.90 mm PVB is suitable for the double tempered glass (12 + 12) and (15 + 15) ordinary float glass.
