The Independent Glass Association announced a new industry program and member benefit called Always Open.
This new IGA program is an evolutionary call center service that allows independent automotive glass retailers to remain open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.
Independent Glass Retailers cannot afford to lose leads and jobs to companies that have a nationwide presence who answer their phone, provide quotes, and schedule jobs 24 hours a day.
Many shops may simply want a more efficient and cost effective method to handle increased call volume without hiring staff.
Always Open will provide glass shops options and access to new business that they never have had before.
"Conditions today in the automotive glass repair and replacement industry are at a point where independent glass retailers must always be able to respond to new and existing business," said Gary Hart, IGA executive director. "The IGA realizes that in order to further the interests of independent glass shops, a call center program is a must. Through Always Open, the IGA will be unveiling exciting new programs geared toward the success of the independent marketplace," continued Hart.
Always Open is competitively priced and IGA members receive a generous discount for the service. The program is serviced through Nationwide Inbound who has been serving clients of all sizes, including glass shops, since 1997. From day one their goal and driving force has been to assist businesses to grow thus improving their bottom line. "We are excited to be an IGA industry partner and to have been selected to provide the services independent glass retailers need to succeed in this highly competitive marketplace," said Tara Rahe, Nationwide Inbound vice president of sales & marketing. "Nationwide Inbound is no stranger to the industry. Our highly trained CSR´s understand all of the unique facets of the industry and have been providing all levels of call center services for glass shops for many years. We look forward to helping glass shops achieve the success they deserve," concluded Rahe.
"Independent Glass Shops looking to grow must realize they can gain a competitive advantage by outsourcing tasks such as answering calls, scheduling appointments , and selling your products. By outsourcing these tasks, glass shops and their staff can focus on the projects that drive more jobs without interruption," concluded Hart.
