Lisichanskiy Glass "Proletariat" canceled the arrest of his property for the vast debts to "Naftogaz".

The Court invalidated the decision of enforcement decisions of the State Executive Service of the seizure of the property of PJSC "Lisichanskiy Glass" Proletariat" and the announcement of the ban on his alienation, evidenced by the decision of the Supreme Economic Court of 22 July 2014.
