Taiwan Glass Ind makes a survey for investment in Xinyi Jiangsu

Delegation from Taiwan Glass Ind Corp. has recently visited Xinyi City of Jiangsu province and made a research on the quartz minerals and the cooperated investment.

Xinyi City is very rich in natural resources, especially the mineral resources. There are about 27 mineral resources being exploited, among which the reserves of natural quartz sand is about 2.2 billion tons with over 90% of silicon content, ranking No. 1 in China. Quartz sand can be used as the major raw materials for making all sorts of glassware, flat glass and other derivative glass products.

After the survey, delegation from Taiwan Glass Ind Corp. showed their interests in the use-value and the high economic benefit of quartz sand in market. They will further intensify the efforts for cooperation and mutual benefits.
