Novosibirsk plant "Ekran" started production of a brown bottle technology NNPB

August 27 at the "Display" (part of RATM Holding, a shareholder Eduard Taran) on the glass furnace number 5 started production of lightweight glass containers NNPB, the general director of JSC Novosibirsk plant "Ekran" Paul Boboshik. Few days production will be in the test work mode.

"Our partners from Italy and the Czech Republic, with experience in start-up of glass production technology NNPB in other regions of Russia, were amazed at record speed the process - said Paul Boboshik. - They noted that the "Ekran" - the only one of eight Russian factories, where it was possible just working day to bring the production to full mode from installation of mold sets up the first pallet packaging for shipping products to customers. And this, despite the fact that the production technology NNPB much more complicated than the usual BB way".

Reduce time in the production cycle is made possible thanks to the careful preparation of the company for the launch of a glass melting furnace sections and the formation of the team of highly qualified specialists. According to Paul Boboshika addition to retraining its own employees and the plant has attracted world-class technologists from other regions, for example, from Belarus. Innovative technology reduces the weight of glass NNPB by 20-25%. At this strength of the product remained unchanged due to the fact that the wall of the bottle became more uniform. Lightweight container glass minimizes the fight in the filling, and also gives considerable savings in shipping. The plant is currently the "Ekran" key already has contracts for the production of "oblegchёnki" with the leading brands of drinks in Siberia and is in talks with the producers of the European part of Russia and Kazakhstan. According to Paul Boboshika, under conditions where the glass industry is in a state of overproduction, the "Ekran" is not the purpose of obtaining the customer at any price.

"Our principled position - the quality and long-term partnerships, and not dumping" - emphasizes the head of glass production. It is worth noting that the plant "Ekran" will produce technology NNPB as brown and white glass. The first process to start repainting glass white bottle NNPB already scheduled for September 4th.

According to preliminary estimates by the spring of 2015 will launch the second line, and in the summer of 2015 after an overhaul of the furnace №2 introduce a third line for the production of lightweight container glass. Annual output technology NNPB at the "Ekran" of 240 million bottles per year.
