For the Promac Group, the opportunities presented by an industry exhibition are not to be missed. Renowned across the world as a leading supplier of machinery, service and technical solutions, the machinery supply giant will once again take to the Glasstec halls in order to support its global suppliers who will be showcasing yet more innovative and relevant machinery for today’s market.

In Hall 16 on Stand A21, For.El will be at Glasstec with their brand new combination drilling and milling machine which comes as natural progression to their highly acclaimed vertical edging and grinding lines. The first of its kind to come to the market, For.El are confident this latest development will deliver glass processors fast, accurate, quality glass products through this highly innovative but simple platform. For the IGU market For.El will also showcase new spacer bar application systems in conjunction with high speed gas coupling and sealing robots.

SoftSolution will hit Hall 14, Stand A40 with a range of products developed to ensure quality throughout production.  The Vertical and Horizontal Line Scanners’ digital technology is now well established as the most accurate quality and size control process, with the added benefit of glass thickness and coated product detection.  New for 2014, SoftSolution will unveil the Vertical Line Scanner RCF which is designed for distortion control and will produce a complete 3D image of a piece of glass.  Demonstrations of the Cullet Scanner and Virtual Digitizer will also be taking place.

Promac’s proud association and support will also be on hand with other leading flat glass machinery manufacturers like Mappi situated in Hall 16 on Stand C37, who lead the way in thermally efficient glass tempering plants.  Macotec, who produce high speed highly innovative glass cutting lines, will be in Hall 16 on Stand C59 and Mistrello, one of Europe’s leading brands producing heavy use glass handling and storage equipment, will be in Hall 16 on Stand D60.

Without doubt the most effective way for people to appreciate the capabilities of any machine, is to see it work with their own eyes” explains Joe Hague, managing director of the Promac Group.  “Demonstrating machinery live at exhibitions is part of our heritage and culture and is why we continue to avidly support our suppliers who have the same philosophy at International trade shows.  My job, along with the team, is to make sure that all our visitors to the exhibition get individual access to the machinery and time with the manufacturer, in order to truly appreciate the positive effect it could have on their business.”
