Sochi was signed a quadripartite agreement of intent for cooperation in the field of development of investment activity

In the investment forum in Sochi signed a quadripartite agreement of intent for cooperation in the sphere of investment activity between the Government RD, Vnesheconombank, Russian Direct Investment Fund and "Caspian float glass plant", said the Department of Press and Information Administration of the Head of the Government and the taxiway.

In accordance with this agreement, Russian Direct Investment Fund expresses its readiness to consider the attraction of investments, including foreign investments, the project of "Caspian float glass plant."

Investment financing is considered to direct, primarily for the purchase and commissioning of high-tech equipment for the production, which has no national counterparts and has a high export potential.

The Government of the Republic of Dagestan is going to act as guarantor of the fulfillment of obligations of JSC "Caspian float glass plant" in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and RD, as well as to assist in the implementation of the export products.

GC "Vnesheconombank", being a creditor of the Project, confirms its interest in the further development of the Project, including the expansion of production capacity by means of attracting targeted investment funds.

JSC "Caspian float glass plant", as now, on the basis of which the investment project shall make every effort to ensure its further dynamic development, introduce high-tech production systems, to carry out the intended use of the investments, to achieve the set of key performance indicators.

It is assumed that attracted investments within a transaction can be used by the Company for the acquisition of an advantage and commissioning of high-tech equipment for the production of products with high added value, which has no national counterparts and has a high export potential. Today JSC "Caspian float glass plant" is negotiating to supply its products to Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Turkey.

JSC "Caspian float glass plant" - one of the largest manufacturers of float glass in Russia, using modern production technology by the "float." Located 16 km from the city of Makhachkala in Dagestan.

The production capacity of the first phase, which was commissioned in late 2013 - 600 tons of high quality clear float glass per day. Good geographical location of the enterprise allows to supply products to Iran, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Georgia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, and in all regions of the south of Russia with minimal logistics costs, using the sea route, rail and road transport.

In 2015, the company will start producing and energy-efficient tinted glass - products with high added value.
