But once they were the center of his exhibitions. The very first of them, the collective, came in the 1980 th. Her exhibitor Zelya became together with students from Moscow Correspondence People's University of Arts (by the way, two years later, he graduated with honors). And even after eight years felt ready to present the first solo. Their "fancy glass" exhibited at the Exhibition of Economic Achievements - here they celebrated a gold medal. And in 1993, Moscow officially recognized craftsmen, giving him the title of People's Artist of Russia. His works will be distributed throughout the country, imbued abroad.

Zelya had invented some tools for their work. Pobeditovye knife, for example. Burners, tweezers, graphite vanes, tungsten spoke - at the entrance to the exhibition space put together some tools Alexei Olegovicha.

Master questioned the thesis of the "quartz glass can only be transparent," mastered the experimental chemistry, and his palette were red, green, blue, pink, blue color ("Cactus", 2006, "coral reef", 1992, "Easter eggs "1990-1993). Zelya turned to quartz glass at the Moscow Electrical Lamp Plant, where he worked for a long time simply kvartseduvom.
