"Knauf Insulation" opened a new plant in Turkey.

The company "Knauf Insulation" officially opened its first factory in Turkey. Today, the plant, located in the Turkish province of Eskisehir, has 110 people and has an annual production capacity of 45 000 tonnes.

Plant in Turkey was bought in 2010. Since then, the company "Knauf Insulation" completely redesigned and implemented its latest technology, providing a model of sustainable production.

Turkish construction market from year to year shows growth - so, in 2013, a positive trend was 5% compared with 2012. For this reason, Turkey was chosen for the introduction of mineral wool production by ECOSE® Technology.

Since entering the Turkish market in 2012, Knauf Insulation thermal insulation materials are all greater demand.

With the opening of the plant appear promising business opportunities both in Turkey and in neighboring countries. In addition, the presence of the modern energy efficient equipment for customers to reduce delivery times of mineral wool.
