Sparklike, developer of the world’s first non-destructive argon analyzer for insulating glass (IG), has developed a new, unique technology called the Gasglass Laser, bringing top-class quality assurance to IG manufacturers looking for energy efficiency and performance.
At this year’s annual glasstec exhibition in Düsseldorf, Germany, Sparklike will partner together with U.S. distributor Quanex Building Products and its subsidiary Edgetech Europe to showcase the new technology – Stand C71, Hall 17.
“At Sparklike we are aspiring to bring better products to our customers. The Gasglass Laser is a revolutionary IG gas fill analyzer. It is the only non-invasive method to measure triple-glazed and double-coated IG with online installation possibility, ” said Sparklike CEO Miikkael Niemi.
The Gasglass Laser can be built to provide continuous and automatic measurements on the production line, offering IG manufacturers superior quality control that matches the modern production standards. Advances in testing provided by the Gasglass Laser allow IG manufacturers to measure more products that leave their plant, resulting in higher quality assurance. Reliable and frequent testing can lead to less reclamation, and thus bring considerable economic benefits to a IG manufacturer.
