On Nov. 6, Peng Shou, president of Bengbu Design & Research Institute for Glass Industry, met with David Robb, general manager of ILUKA Resources Limited, and the both sides hold talks on future cooperation.
Peng Shou stressed that Bengbu Institute, as a national comprehensive Class-A scientific research and design unit and a key national-level hi-tech enterprise, is striving to expand internationalization. ILUKA, as the world’s largest supplier of zirconium and titanium resource products, has been in partnership with affiliated firms of Bengbu Institute for more than ten years. For the last ten years, the relationship between the two sides has already gradually developed from that of simple supplier and purchaser into complementary closer partnership, and Bengbu Institute also has become the biggest customer of ILUKA in China even global market. Bengbu Institute attaches great importance to the cooperation with ILUKA, and expects that the future cooperation between the two sides could move towards a new step.
David Robb pointed out that ILUKA is a very famous resources company in Australia, and its development has been greatly supported by the Australia government. The Australia government attaches great importance and concern to the development of ILUKA in China and its cooperation with Chinese enterprises. ILUKA also hopes that there could be an opportunity to turn the good cooperation wishes between the two sides into actual cooperation action.
