SP Glass starts production hardenable version of low-E glass Optitherm ™ S3.

In November 2014 successfully completed testing quenched energy saving glass Pilkington Optitherm ™ S3 Pro-T, which started production this autumn in the Moscow region in the factory of the Group SP Glass, operating under the brand Pilkington. Pilkington Optitherm ™ S3 - Low-E glass, combining excellent thermal properties (heat transmittance of 55%, the coefficient Ro 69%), high light transmission (80%) and relatively low solar factor (62%). This product is ideal for the increasing demands of heat saving glazing.

Production hardenable version, Pilkington Optitherm ™ S3 Pro-T, allow the product is used in architectural glazing. Quenched version fully preserves specifications Pilkington Optitherm ™ S3.

Glass Pilkington Optitherm ™ S3 Pro-T has been successfully tested on the basis of the leading Russian refiners and obtained certificates. Symbolically, the tests have been completed on the International Day of energy saving
