As part of the restructuring of the management board LISEC (Lisek), a leading provider of equipment for the production of glass and glass processing has been reduced from six to four.On November 1, management of the company passed into the hands of business Quartet: Othmar Sailer (Othmar Sailer), Peter Holzinger (Peter Holzinger), Anton Walser (Anton Walser), Werner Mihatsh (Werner Mihatsch).

Company will be headed by Othmar Seiler as CEO. Werner Mihatsh remain in the position of Chief Financial Officer, which he has held since 2013.

Peter Holzinger, who works in LISEC since 1998 and is involved in commercial projects at the level of top management since 2011, will take the position of chief sales manager LISEC. As Chief Technical Officer Anton Walser will be responsible for innovation, management and product development.

Of two members of the former management team doctor Markus Shoyssvol (Markus Schoisswohl) will remain responsible for the division "Automation / Software" and Dragan Radovanovic (Dragan Radovanovic) no longer works for the company.

According to Othmar Sailer, the company aims to continue to invest in its growth and expansion of its market position. A strategy is needed for this purpose, is carried out sequentially. There are a significant number of projects that contribute to this and are already yielding significant results.

The company currently LISEC focuses on aspects of management efficiency, which resulted in the decision to reduce the strength of the management team. On the one hand, it will increase the flexibility and on the other hand, the management team will be adjusted to the size of the company.

In 2013, revenues amounted LISEC about 220 million euros, the staff consisted of 1,600 employees.
