The international technology group SCHOTT has announced the sale of its 71.6% share in the Japanese company SCHOTT MORITEX Corporation to MV Japan Co., Ltd. by way of a public takeover bid. SCHOTT and MV Japan signed an agreement on the transaction earlier today. SCHOTT Moritex Corporation supports the planned takeover bid.
