Encirc Beverages appoints new general manager

Encirc Beverages has bolstered its team with the appointment of a new general manager to oversee operations and develop customer relations at its purpose built plant in Elton, Cheshire.  

John Hawkins, who has more than 20 years' experience in the beverages industry, will lead Encirc Beverages' team of industry experts as it manages the complete bottling process, ensuring that each and every product passes the necessary checks to keep it in optimum condition.

Speaking about his new role, John said: "Encirc is a successful business with a long-standing reputation for delivering high quality bottling products and solutions. Beverages is a key part of Encirc's unique proposition and adds significant value to the offering.

"The facilities at Elton are world class and I'm looking forward to working with the team as we continue to develop these and realise even greater achievements in the future."

John joins Encirc from pan-European soft drinks manufacturer, Refresco Gerber, where he spent six years as contract manufacturing director, and has a variety of experience in other operational and commercial roles within the beverages industry.
