Valery Radaev and the leadership of "Saratovstroysteklo" discussed the production of the company

On Tuesday, March 3, the Governor Valery Radaev visited JSC "Saratovstroysteklo" - the oldest company in the region, specializing in the production of float glass. Head of the region visited the current line for the production of flat glass production site, the planned reconstruction, visited the museum of the enterprise and in the format of the meeting discussed the general director of the plant by Peter Sychev current issues of industrial activity, development prospects, as well as problematic issues.

The governor said that until December 2014, the company had two production lines with total capacity of 1,000 tons of glass per day. In a competitive environment in the market of glass plant started production of several types of products conforming to international standards.

Currently, the company employs a line capacity of 700 tons per day, while the second is on conservation due to poor equipment. As told Peter Sychev, today raised the question of the restoration of major lines, which is not yet possible due to lack of funding. In turn, the head of the region emphasized that every effort should be to reconstruct the line and prevent downtime enterprise.

"Plant "Saratovstroysteklo" operates since 1958. At all times, the company worked on the region's economy. Known for its production of dynasties. Together with the older generation of factory workers are working youth, which is perfectly mastered the process of production and management of this process. Today it is necessary to find a way out of this situation, restore a previously existing furnace, develop a clear business plan and start working for the future "- said Valery Radaev.

Peter Sychev said that full recovery of the line is scheduled for the end of 2015 - beginning of 2016.
