In accordance with the anti-crisis plan of the Government signed a decree on March 12, 2015 №214, which is aimed at stabilizing the financial situation in the key industrial enterprises, which are included in the list of strategic organizations. On the rules for granting subsidies for reimbursement of expenses for loans taken by industrial enterprises for working capital and (or) to finance current operations.
Resolution of the Russian Ministry of Industry made pursuant to paragraph 12 of the plan of priority measures for sustainable economic development and social stability in 2015 (Government Decree of January 27, 2015 №98-p).
In view of increasing the key rate banks providing loans to businesses, reported an increase in interest rates and options on new and previously granted loans. This led to the fact that the cost of servicing loans taken for working capital and to finance current operations increased approximately two-fold.
Signed a decree approved the rules for granting subsidies in 2015, industry organizations for reimbursement of the cost of interest on loans for working capital and (or) financing current operations. Under these rules, subsidies are available for reimbursement on loans obtained in Russian credit institutions and Vnesheconombank, as well as in international financial institutions established in accordance with international treaties to which the Russian Federation.
For these purposes, the plan of priority measures for the sustainable development of the economy and social stability in 2015 provided 20 billion rubles. Signed a decree establishes that funding will be provided from the "crisis fund" under the federal budget for 2015.
Decisions will stabilize the financial situation in the key industrial enterprises, included in the list of strategic organizations.
