The Contract for a new Batch Plant and a new Cullet Return System for F3 has been awarded to EME Maschinenfabrik Clasen GmbH, a leading provider of Batch Plants and Cullet Return Systems for the glass industry, by Wellgrow Glass Co. Ltd.
Wellgrow Glass Industry Co. Ltd. (WGI) is a Thai independent glass manufacturer who focuses on producing high quality glass bottles for the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry. WGI is located in Chacheongsao Province about 50 km east of Bangkok.
With over 30 years of experience in the container glass market, WGI can produce glass in green, red, and blue on its nine production lines.
The new Batch Plant with a total capacity of 260 t/d can supply all 3 furnaces with batch and cullet and thus replace the existing plant. In the final stage,furnace 3 will be provided with four production lines. The Installation begins in autumn 2015 the commissioning is scheduled for February 2016.
