Depreciation of the ruble increased the cost of the project Voronezhmedsteklo on 2 billion rubles

The estimated cost of the project of "Voronezhmedsteklo" to build a plant near Voronezh due to the devaluation of the ruble has increased from 3.5 billion to 5.5 billion rubles, said "Abiregu" CEO Sergey Sklyarov.According to him, the project cost is primarily due to the fact that most of the equipment is imported from abroad. After the fall of the ruble its value in ruble terms increased.

Now comes the design and work on the conclusion of contracts for the supply of materials. The project will be laid in the plant's capacity to 60 tons per year. Capacity of the first stage will be 20 tons. Exit to the construction site in the industrial park Maslovsky (Voronezh) "Voronezhmedsteklo" expects in November.

Recall that the construction of the plant was announced in the spring of 2013. The project involves the production of glass of the first hydrolytic class for the pharmaceutical industry (ampoule, vial). The payback period is estimated at 4.8 years.
