Bormioli Rocco S.p.A. announces the sale of the Food and Beverage business

Bormioli Rocco S.p.A. (“Bormioli Rocco”) has agreed to sell its Food and Beverage business (the “Food and Beverage Disposal”), including production facilities at Trezzano sul Naviglio, to an affiliate of Vetropack Holding AG, a leading European manufacturer of glass packaging.   

The Food and Beverage Disposal is subject to certain conditions and Bormioli Rocco expects it to be completed during the third quarter of 2015.

The Food and Beverage Disposal is part of Bormioli Rocco’s strategy aimed at enhancing competitiveness and operational efficiency to pursue profitable and balanced growth.
