The Fulham Wharf residential complex which is being constructed in London is one of the key projects to increase share of urban greens in the total surface of Great Britain’s capital city. Among others, the glazed units manufactured by us have been used for this project.
For the window joinery works used in the project, we have delivered the total of approx. 2.2 thousand m2 of glazed units made of solar control glass (selective 70/40) – in sets with screen printed glass. What is important, this is two-side tempered glass and tested with the HST method.
The units have been fixed into the window frames using the latest architecture trends – by gluing. As an effect, the glass surface is larger and the frames are less visible.
Fulham Wharf will include as many as 467 flats and apartments of various types. Located on the Thames wharf, the residential complex is constructed according to the design of architects of the often-awarded Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands architecture study.
Final completion of all the Fulham Wharf parts is planned in 2017.
