The new production of glass will start in Yakutia

In Yakutsk, actively promoted the implementation of the project on creation of the industrial park "Kangalassy." This year, six companies will start construction on its territory of its own businesses. Among them - the company "warm edge", which plans to start production of glass, the first issue of which was already scheduled for the spring of next year.

Production facilities of the industrial park will be located on the territory of two villages (Kangalassy and Kapitonovka) included in the boundaries of the city of Yakutsk. At the end of the first phase of construction in the "Kangalassy" will begin work 13 residents - immigrants from "Technopark Yakutia", including the company, and "Warm edge", but with the introduction into service of the queue of the industrial park - the number of its residents will increase to 30.

In 2015, the construction of production facilities will be launched six companies. Earlier remaining open its plant in the industrial park planning "Dalenergostroy East." It is expected that after him, in the spring of 2016, the company will launch the company's "Warm edge", specializing in the production of glass for the window designs. The rest of the residents of the industrial cluster are assured that their first products reach the market next summer.

As the director of the industrial park Dmitry Borisov, the total investment of residents' Kangalassy "will be more than 1.1 billion rubles. At the same time in 10 years the residents deductions to budgets of all levels will be about 2 billion rubles. The project of the industrial park will also ensure the creation of 350 new jobs.

As the mayor of Yakutsk Aisen Nikolayev, a project of the industrial park will significantly increase the investment attractiveness of not only the city but the country as a whole. According to him, the businessmen from Yakutsk and other regions interested in building their own production facilities in the "Kangalassy", especially given that the industrial park could later become the basis for the advanced development of the territory of the same name.
