The aim of introducing this system is to enhance the quality, productivity and safety of employees of the plant. 5S system is a system to optimize the working environment, that is, of the totality of the conditions in which the work is performed. It is a system of restoring order, cleanliness, discipline and strengthen the creation of safe working conditions with the participation of all staff.

 

This system enables practically without capital expenses not only direct smacking Dock at work - to improve productivity, reduce losses, reduce the level of bra-ka and injury, and to create the necessary starting conditions for the implementation of complex and expensive industrial and organizational innovation to ensure their high efficiency - primarily due to a radical change in the consciousness of workers, their relationship to their work. The principles on which the system is based ORDERING-5S, in their formulations are quite simple and obvious.

 

The greatest difficulty in the implementation of these systems is rooted in the fact that from the understanding of the principles you must go to their practical implementation, continuous fulfillment of the requirements, rules and agreements reached in the team. 5S system can not be introduced in a few days on the orders of senior management. It requires a patient and meticulous work, not only managers at all levels, and each of the members of the organization as a whole.

 

Basic principles of 5S: 1. Remove all unnecessary; 2. Add all the most convenient way; 3. conduct regular, thorough cleaning and checks of equipment and inventory; 4. Develop Standards (rules) of storage, use and cleaning-validation; 5. Continuing and consciously follow the accepted rules. Currently, in accordance with the order of the General Director of Quality Service provides training for specialists and managers of "KZLS" principles and requirements of 5S. Training is planned to cover 100% of the collective enterprise. On learning of the report focuses on the principles, the analysis of the photos of the industrial and office units of companies that have already implemented similar systems.

 

During the training, service quality experts noted the high interest of the employees to the new teaching material, the desire to apply the theoretical knowledge in practice and to achieve cleanliness and order in the workplace.
