In 2015, at the industrial site of JSC "Zavod" Ekran "issued 340,500,000 units of container glass, including 34 million pieces of lightweight bottles technology NNPB (Narrow Neck Press and Blow - narrow-pressovyduvanie), which reduces the weight of the product 20-25 %. For comparison: in 2014 it produced 326.6 million units of glass (106% of plan), including technology NNPB - 6 million.

Currently, glass production capacity of 1.4 million units of glass per day. The workshops are three glass furnaces. The furnace №2 equipped with one 8-cell and two 6-cell lines for the production of colorless glass containers for alcoholic beverages (alcoholic beverages), soft drinks (SAN), and beer cans with a capacity of less than one liter. Furnace number 4, with capacity of 100 tons of glass per day, is equipped with two 6-cell lines for the production of colorless glass containers for alcoholic beverages and cans with a capacity of 1.5 to 3 liters. In the furnace №5 installed three 10-cell line for the production of brown beer bottles, for the SAN. On one of the lines produce lightweight bottle technology NNPB. It is possible to reset the furnace for the manufacture of colorless glass containers for beer, alcoholic beverages and SAN, depending on demand.

In the first half of 2016 on the "second" line of the furnace is equipped for the production of glass color (blue, green, olive, brown, purple and pink) - a special feeder, glass forming and inspection machines. Estimated investment - 120 million rubles (at the current dollar exchange rate). With pipeline will go up to 60 million pieces of colored bottles a year.
