OLED Has Gained the Policy Support of Chinese government

(China Glass Network)National Development and Reform Commission and China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology have made an announcement of carrying out the upgrading and transformation of manufacturing industry. The main task is to realize the goals of more than 7 percent of annual growth of the large enterprises in manufacturing industry and about 15 percent annual growth of the investment for technology reforms.

According to the announcement, the development priority of new panel display industry is volume-production technologies such as LTPS, Oxide and AMOLED. Meanwhile the self-matching ability should be enhanced by developing glass substrate, brightness enhancement film, photoresist and the equipment units produced by the OLED process of evaporation.

Prices of OLED skyrocketed

The securities institutions claimed that the OLED market will double in the next two years. It is expected to see that OLED products take up a market share of 30% to 40%. The manufacturing enterprises of OLED are projected to gain the financial support from the Chinese government. This will absolutely promote the development of industries such as panel, cell phone, television and wearable computing system, and so on.

Liu Tangzhi, the president of Color TV Department and vice president of Skyworth Group said that OLED could bring better products and more superior services to customers compared with LCD. Besides OLED could provide new consumption experience and visual perceptions for them.
