Coating glass is also called reflective glass, which is made by painting a layer or more layers of metal, alloy, or metal compound thin film on the glass surface to change its optical property to meet specific requirements. Coating glass can be classified as the followings according to different characteristics: Heat-reflective glass, Low-e glass, conductive glass and so on. Coating glass has a higher transmissivity to visible light and higher reflectivity to infrared rays, as well as perfect heat insulation. The products are usually applied in buildings and vehicles like cars and ships and so on. Films are always made into application since they are poor. Conductive film glass refers to applying conductive films like ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) on the surface of glass with usage in glass heating, defrosting, demisting and Liquid Crystal Display.
