Jiangshan Holdings Acquire Photovoltaic Power with 280 million HKD

(China Glass Network) on July 26^th, Jiangshan Holdings acquired a photovoltaic power with the capacity of 30 MW, at the price of 238.7 million yuan (about 280 million HKD). It will be paid through internal resource. The acquired power is located in Tieshan District of Huangshi city, Wuhan, with the capacity of 30 GW. It has been successfully connected.

Liu Wenping, Executive director of Jiangshan Holdings, said that this acquisition can strengthen the power capability of group to 1 GW, leading group to a milestone of new prospect.
